PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Mississippi River Greenway is a major component of The River Ring. The greenway has two distinct sections: first, in northern St. Charles County from its confluence with the Missouri River westward to its confluence with the Cuivre River, and second, in the City of St. Louis beginning at Chouteau’s Landing southward to its confluence with the Meramec River. The Mississippi River Greenway is highly diverse and encompasses all jurisdictions in the district.
