Project Information This extension of the St. Vincent Greenway is anticipated to revise the usage of public right-of-way along Etzel Avenue from Skinker Boulevard eastward to Porter Park, allowing a physical separation of the greenway route from vehicular traffic. The existing sidewalk in Porter Park will be re-purposed as a trail, and the route will continue southward within the eastern half of the right-of-way of DeBaliviere also through development of a physical separation for cyclists from vehicular traffic. Status: GRG intends to finish design and construction documents by fall, 2010. The goal is to accept construction bids in winter of 2010-2011. New DeBaliviere drawings from June, 2010 are available from the website. For Porter Park and Etzel exhibits from the June 15, 2009, public forum can be seen also. A public forum will be held in early October, 2010, to show the drawings and discuss details. Partner(s): City of St. Louis, Better Family Life
