In consideration of acceptance of my submitted photo as part of Great Rivers Greenway’s Photo Journal section, I hereby grant Great Rivers Greenway District the right to copy, distribute, publish, display and otherwise use the photo and text for purposes of the Photo Journal program for any publicity on behalf of the program or similar future programs.

I agree that the photo and text may be cropped, edited, electronically manipulated or otherwise altered, and that whether the photograph is used is entirely for Great Rivers Greenway District to decide.

I certify that I am the photographer and sole copyright owner of this photo and text, or I have the owner’s permission to submit this, and I have obtained the consent of all identifiable persons shown in it for these uses.

I agree to reimburse Great Rivers Greenway District for all damages and expenses (including attorney’s fees) they may incur from claims based on their use of my submitted photo or text.

I understand and accept that use of any personal information I submit will be governed by the Great Rivers Greenway District’s privacy policy, for which is available on the Great Rivers Greenway District’s website. I am at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to transfer these rights to the Great Rivers Greenway District or I am under 18 years old and my parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms for me. I am not under 13 years old.

All submissions to the Great Rivers Greenway District’s Photo Journal section are reviewed. Great Rivers Greenway District reserves the right to reject any entry without notification.
